Alaa Tubaileh is an experienced project director in interior design and fit-out contracting, with in-depth expertise in delivering turnkey solutions, value engineering, and technical support (MEP).

Alaa has served blue-chip clients in hospitality, corporate and private sectors, including L’Oréal, BCG, Altar, ATIC, Al Tayer, Crocs, Versace, Habtoor Group, Address Hotel, and many more. He led to successful completion multiple types of projects, from hotel renovation, new stores and restaurants, events and fairs, SPAs, to private villa and apartment upgrade and refurbishment.

Prior to founding MOSAICO, Alaa led project teams at renowned interior design and fit out companies, including Emaar Industries & Investments (Pvt) JSC and Hamilton International.
